A little piece of history in here. "Always There" is the original one. Later on, Side Effect put in lyrics and released it in 1976 - What You Need lp. And Britain's Incognito 1991 interpretation with Jocelyn Brown's vocals brought the track once more to modern dancefloors. Always there Mr. Ronnie Laws!!!

Awesome. Didn't know "Always there" was originally his. The other songs are also great, especially "Tidal Wave".

Many Thanks.

A lot of sweet jazzy funk beats here. Especially the first two tracks. Smoove! Much appreciated, Doc!

"Always There" used to play between periods of Phila. Flyers hockey games back in the '70's. I loved the tune, but it took years for me to find out who it was. Finally found it on a "Blaxsploitation" collection. thanks for the chance to hear the whole album!
