A monument!!! One of the most influential groups ever... Jaki Liebezeit and Holger Czukay's breaks on "Vitamin C" inspired a whole new generation of producers! Imagine a ribbon that rolls out of a typewriter and out and out continuously and listen then to "One More Night" from Ege Bamyasi. This is their music all about...

the comparison to mars volta is a very interesting one. pretty psychedelic for the most part. i grabbed "soon over babluma," but i loooove "ege bamyasi." thanks!

well at some points very funky rhythms, the odd sound effects , and the sometimes and at most points, strange vocals.
it was the best comparrison that I could think of, but I should have give it a little more thought figuring that most of the readers here may not even listen to The Mars Volta...
